The Pauline Shirley Mentor of the Year Award is an incredible opportunity to nominate and honor a woman you believe deserves to be recognized for her mentoring achievements.

Each year WOVI, Inc. recognizes women who make a difference in the lives of other women through mentoring. Nominate a female employee, coworker, or leader in your company or community who consistently raises the bar through her mentoring of others.

All nominee finalists will be honored, and the winner announced, at WOVI’s Pauline Shirley Mentor of the Year Awards Event, Friday, October 20, 2023, 7:00-9:00 PM Central Time, online via Zoom.
