There are 2 steps to a successful Leadership Summit and Awards Presentations on Saturday, September 26, 2020, in our new normal format on ZOOM!
Below are all the reasons you will attend:
Reason One: You, the 2020-2021 Chapter leaders, will be prepared to step in and fill your leadership roles as soon as you take office. Leadership enrichment, motivation, encouragement, specific skills and best practices will all be shared from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. And when we say train, we mean mentor and motivate, of course! It’s our mission: to empower, to mentor and to lead. It’s what we do best! Registration will be by chapters – let your Chapter President know you will be attending.
Both outgoing and incoming officers, as well as all members and guests, are invited to join us at the Leadership Summit. Outgoing leaders are needed to mentor/train and offer best practices and lessons learned, and incoming are encouraged to attend and draw on the experience of those leaders who have gone before and brought us to where we are today.
Reason Two: Newly elected chapter leaders will be formally installed by Chief Operations Officer Monnica Rose.
Reason Three: Newly appointed leaders of the Management Council will be formally installed by Outgoing Management Council President Charlene Burroughs.
Reason Four: Attend the Annual Awards Presentations and be there when someone you have nominated from your chapter is recognized. Or be there to receive an award yourself. This is the occasion when we recognize members for their tenure in WOVI. Read on for nomination forms.
We will celebrate and honor an Outstanding Member and an Outstanding Member Mentor during our lunch break. Also, nominations are made by members and fellow officers for the various Outstanding Chapter Leader awards.

Deadline is September 8, so don’t delay. Consider those who have made a difference in your Chapter and to you. Nominate today! Then register to join the celebration on September 26, 2020.
