We encourage you to first check out the Chapter Standards and refer to these regularly in order to provide consistent service and programs for your members and guests. This document also serves to establish the criteria for annual recognition to Chapters achieving these goals and objectives.

Your Leadership Resource Book also contains the Chapter Bylaws, along with Officer Responsibilities and current Policies. Mentor your chapter leadership team with these documents to ensure everyone is (literally) on the same page. Other forms provided are for your use and replication as needed.
