There are 2 steps to a successful Leadership Summit and Awards Luncheon on Saturday, September 28, 2019, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Richardson.
Below are all the reasons you will immediately register:
Reason One: You, the 2019-2020 Chapter leaders, will be prepared to step in and fill your leadership roles as soon as you take office. Leadership enrichment, motivation, encouragement, specific skills and best practices will all be shared from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. And when we say train, we mean mentor and motivate, of course! It’s our mission: to empower, to mentor and to lead. It’s what we do best! Register today and let your Chapter President know you will be attending.

Both outgoing and incoming officers, as well as all members and guests, are invited to join us at the Leadership Summit. Outgoing leaders are needed to mentor/train and offer best practices and lessons learned, and incoming are encouraged to attend and draw on the experience of those leaders who have gone before and brought us to where we are today.
Reason Two: Newly elected leaders will be formally installed by Management Council President Charlene Burroughs.
Reason Three: Chappel Billings, (PHD Candidate) Vice President Social Media and social media expert extraordinaire will share her knowledge about how you can make the most of Social Media for your Chapter and a Special Reason: This is something you can and will use personally or in your business. Something you do not want to miss!
Reason Four:Attend the Annual Awards Luncheon and be there when someone you have nominated from your chapter is recognized. Or be there to receive an award yourself. This is the occasion when we recognize members for their tenure in WOVI. Read on for nomination forms.
We will celebrate and honor an Outstanding Member and an Outstanding Member Mentor at lunch. Also, nominations are made by members and fellow officers for the various Outstanding Chapter Leader awards. Check out the web site links below and start nominating today!
